The Digital Fortran installation creates a file named "dfvars.bat" that will
modfy the environmental variables for Digital variables. The directory name
may be something like: D:\Program Files\DevStudio\DF\BIN. If you did not
have the installation program add the environmental variables for you, uou
will either have to run this file everytime before you use the compiler (as
you would during NONMEM runs) or add the appropriate variables to your
environment manually.
