Dear Lew:
Yep. The VA was hit with a massive Code Red II infection, which brought down
many critical servers. The pkpd server was shut off while they go through
and disinfect/reactivate the servers. I hope to have it back up by the end
of the week.
In the mean time time, the spreadsheet convert.xls is attached. This does
the conversions readily, and should be self-explanatory.
