Validation / Mean Predictive Error

Now I know how to add the POSTHOC in $ESTIMATION. However, I meet with another question. After developing a population pharmacokinetic model, I want to validate the model and evaluate the predictive performance of the final model. I don't know how to obtain the mean predictive error percent(MPP%, a measure of bias) and the mean absolute predictive error percent(MAP%, a measure of precision) with NONMEM.
