You need to change the properties of the MS-DOS Prompt shortcut you use to open the NONMEM DOS window. Find the shortcut e.g. on your Desktop. Right click on it and then click on Properties. Click on the Memory tab and enter 4096 in the Initial Environment box. Click OK. You should now have enough Environment space.
