For the one-compartment model with equal absorption and elimination rate constants the single-dose profile is given by Cp=FD/V*k*t*exp(-k*t). Is anybody aware of corresponding analytical multiple-dose and steady-state equations? Any references would be appreciated. Please send replies (if any)directly to me to minimise using nmusers' list for the non-relevant question.
