To whom it may concern;
I am a pharmacist,working at Children's Hospital of Shidzuoka,Japan. I've just started NONMEM installation.Please answer my question.
After installation of NONMEM and PREDPP and NM-TRAN by UNIX. Installation Utility SETUP( I use Turbo Linux Japanese edition; almost same as Red Hat Linux), I made a run of NONMEM by C shell script nmfe5 for CONTROL3 and got an OUTPUT file.
Next, I tried to test NONMEM by the simplest test case which does not use PREDPP or NM-TRAN, as given in NONMEM Users Guide Part I, figures 1 and 2. I typed as below,
# set n=/export/home/nmv/nm
# f77 -O PRED1.f $n BLKDAT.o $n nonmem.a
( nonmem.a was built as suggested)
After this, no executable was pruced, and I got an error message as following.
/usr/lib/libf2c.so: undefined reference to 'MAIN__'
I cannot make out which is the cause of the error. Please tell me how to solve the problem.
