From: "Nick Holford" <n.holford@auckland.ac.nz> Subject: Re: comparing theta's Date: Fri, 26 Mar 1999 09:30:42 +1200 If you are really only interested in the thetas and more specifically in the distribution of the thetas and whether the data sets are comparable under the model then you could compare the distributions of the post hoc estimates of thetas using the Kolmogorow-Smirnov test. I have not yet located a source which can speak clearly about the power of using the KS test for this purpose but if KS indicated you should reject the null that the distributions of the post hoc estimates are the same then you would have learned something.
