$COV/$SIMULATION w/ subproblems

I'm interested in creating a file which would contain the precision of estimates (i.e. the standard error of TH1, TH2...) computed with $COV option. Has anyone ever addressed stardard error of estimates (or covariance matrix values) in the INFN routine or in a $TABLE?
