Fellow Users:
Can anyone assist with a lucid and meaningful explanation of how weighted residuals are calculated in NONMEM? Despite what is written in Users Guide I pages 27, 29, 37, 41 (including the formulae) I still have difficulties precisely understanding the calculation outlined there. An explanation unencumbered with linear algebra jargon would be greatly appreciated.
