NONMEM on a VAX Alpha

we're installing NONMEM on a DECstation 3000 Model 300 under OVMS 6.1. Our Fortran compiler DEC Fortran V6.2-508 wasn't able to compile INPT.FOR and stopped with an fatal error: %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=00000000, PC =00342268, PS=0000001B Improperly handled condition, image exit forced. Has anyone experienced and/or fixed the same problem?
